Your statement “The queue of guys waiting for girls to come is super long here. If that happens, I’ll make sure I’ll be in front of the queue…keke…(start dreaming now).” seems not to be correct. As I have observed over the past years, I see that the structure is stack or LIFO, not queue. This really means that the more male juniors come, the less seniors get the chance, leading to starvation of seniors . If you are in the front of queue -> bottom of the stack, you will be starved until no more male juniors come.
